WOW!!! What an event. The direction LocalAdLink is taking is already amazing. The founder, Bob McNulty has very high expectations that he is prepared to meet with all of our help. That is why he generously gives us a stake in it through our stock options. The harder we work, the more valuable those options will be. We realized what we have a hold of.

We have an incredible team of leaders we work with. Not just our personal team but all involved across the board. Everyone is willing to help because we all are building equity in this together. The ones who are serious, will get the help! You just have to step forward and make yourself known and do the thing.

We started out Friday at a pool party held by our upline partners, Mike & Stacy Healy. They are very profitable leaders in the company and put this together for us at the Mandalay Bay pool to get to know each other and network. There we asked others what they were doing to build their businesses. Being at an event is critical…to meet and gather information. This is where the magic happens!

Friday night was packed full of information on the technology side and how it relates to the 'constant' of human emotion among all the 'variables' in today’s world. They explained how we are able to offer such low prices for such a fantastic service. We are the “Fixed, Low Cost leader”! We have an “Off The Shelf” product where we don’t have to pay a consultant to run campaigns. The customer can manage their own account.

LocalAdLink is an Ad Directory and an Ad Network. An Ad Directory is like the yellow pages (static). An Ad Network is like Google, Facebook, My Space, etc (Dynamic). We not only have a directory where you go to find a listing, but we push out your ad to millions of content networks; shortly millions of websites we all own the space on. This is huge. WE control the ad space! WE own the technology-we do not share it!

Our ads will all be quantifiable. You know where your traffic is coming from, not like TV, magazines, etc, where you have no idea who sees it or reads it. We make an intangible product tangible. Full tractability is coming through reports that will be provided in the back office.

The .com site will be for set-up/maintenance of ads and the directory only. The map will not be the main feature as it is right now. There will be more ad listings shown. Right now there are eight planned. The .net site will be for purchasing ads and handling business matters only. No sign up link on .com site.

Then on to our new shopping link store. We can monetize anyone’s website. This is huge for you as a brand builder to have exponential growth. You can give these website links away for free to anyone and everyone and earn 7% on the gross profit of anything ordered on anyone who has the link. They earn 3%. You earn 10% off the gross profit on your own site. Not only does this increase profit for you but increases traffic to your website.

The value of that is more than making money, giving you layers of benefits. This is geared to roll out May 4^th.

We are adding much more, such as our own domain hosting, eventually be able to upload your own products to our network.(January)

The highest priority has been the customer support platform, CRM. Their goal is to get questions answered within 4 hours. Right now, they have answered around 75% of issues the first time within 8 hours.

The websites will be changing on an ongoing basis for the next six weeks. Changes to the back office will be a distinct replicated website with contact/lead management, phone notification, full reports, ecard capability, bulk text messaging, picture loading capabilities. We will have full tutorials covering the system.

Global expansion is in the works as well as a bilingual site available. We are now registered in England (UK) Austrailia, Canada. Plan to be fully International by fall or early 2010.

Bob has incredible plans for all of us if we get to work and believe in him and the company. He has always been known to treat his people with up front honesty and integrity and offer a piece of the profits. Tom and I feel very confident we will all make a large amount of money here through all the ways he is helping us do that. Some are already creating income some of us don't make in a year. They gave out 10 Louisville Slugger bats signifying income in the first few months of over $100,000. UNBELIEVABLE! Doable. From the ad sales, to partnering with brand builders, stock options, matching bonuses, i-Supply platform percentages, there is no way, if you go to work, you will not come out of this in a MAJOR way. We are very excited to go to work with you. Let’s not waste any time…
