Set Yourself Up For Success

Today, I want to talk a little bit about expectations and mindset.

I want to talk about what it takes to be in a home business, especially if this is your first home business in this industry. This is a real way to build an incredible income! You do need to spend the time educating yourself, not only about this business, but about what it takes to succeed outside of a JOB. Books, cds, seminars about personal growth. It's critical.

This is definitely a process. It is all about staying enthusiastic after the initial emotions pass. You need to jump right in and not miss any training opportunities to get in front of anyone making it happen. Spend time on your website learning everything that is there...multiple times. We have found that every time you hear, see, do something, something more clicks.

We are so used to wanting everything RIGHT NOW! Be patient with yourself. Know that this company is the way to get what you want, and more! You will be able to retire with this company...stock options is one way. Treat this like this is your last company.

Right now, grab a piece of paper and write down your short term and long term goals. Stop reading and do this now. Then, figure out how you are going to do this by using the commission structure we showed you on the webinar. You can make it happen, but YOU have to make your action moves.

The biggest challenge in any business is between your two ears. You do need to bust your butt at first. Then your team will follow what you do. Keep it simple and things will happen.

The biggest mistake people make is trying to do everything themselves. This business is all about asking for help, working with your team, sideline, upline, crossline. There is always someone to help. The key is using the tools, using 3-ways, not telling someone everything yourself (The surest way to failure). Plug in to all calls offered by the company. You will learn something every time.

Treat this like this is your last chance and go all out for the next 90 days, and you will see such growth you will not believe it. You have to believe in the company and yourself.

Realize that you only need 3 or 4 sharp people to make it big. You don't need hundreds. Look for the people that already are busy, motivated, have credibility. Remember you get a matching bonus for their work. You don't have to do all the work.
